The following terms and conditions apply:

Dispatch conditions

The dispatch with order and confirmation of the payment entrance

to your order until 13:30 takes place on the same working day Mo. to Fr.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Deliveries to foreign countries:

Lieferung ins Ausland EU:
Lieferung ins Ausland EU per DHL-Paket International: 11,90€
Ab 2 Artikeln wird ein Versandaufschlag von 1,40€ je Artikel verrechnet

Lieferungen ins Ausland nicht EU:
Lieferung ins Ausland nicht EU per DHL-Paket International: 15,90€
Ab 2 Artikeln wird ein Versandaufschlag von 1,40€ je Artikel verrechnet

Deliveries to the USA:
Delivery to the USA by DHL-Paket International: 30,00 €
There will be a shipping surcharge of 3.00 € per item charged

Final shipping costs can be found in your shopping cart

Delivery of download items:

Supply of download products: Download products (digital content which is not supplied on a physical data carrier) do not incur shipping costs.

Download products are sent to you as data via E-mail within 24 hours after concluding the contract (with an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 10 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
